Support the accounting team across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger, ensuring accurate financial reporting and smooth processes. You'll enjoy variety by switching between different accounting tasks while helping improve efficiency and reliability.
Description
- Support the accounting team across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger
- Review, process, and record incoming and outgoing invoices
- Perform reconciliations, credit control, and bank bookings
- Prepare monthly overviews of outstanding accounts and assist with month-end closing
- Identify discrepancies and contribute to process improvements
- Gather finance and administration data for the Manager Accounting
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all financial documents and transactions
Profile
- MBO+ educated in Accounting with 1+ year of experience
- Experienced with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Able to plan, organize, and collaborate across teams
- Committed, entrepreneurial, and eager to contribute to process improvements
