Position overview 
You will be responsible for end-to-end execution of the customization program, ensuring alignment with business goals and a seamless experience for end users. This role requires a strong understanding of eCommerce, Marketing and Commercial opportunities. You will work closely with regional and global eCommerce, IT, Logistic and Marketing teams to align the program with overall business goals. The role will report directly to the eCommerce DTC Manager for EMEA based in Stanley’s Amsterdam office.

What You'll Do
• Amplification: Plan and Grow our customization program as a significant driver for our Direct eCommerce business, including forecasting, marketing and enhance the usability and performance of customization tools, removing friction points in the user journey.
• Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and risks for ongoing and upcoming personalization projects. Track milestones and ensure timely delivery.
• Quality Control: Oversee testing and quality assurance for new customization features and ensure production standards are met.
• Customer Experience: Monitor feedback and collaborate with Customer Service to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Track KPIs such as conversion rates and customer satisfaction; provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external partners involved in customization (e.g., printing, engraving, tech providers).

• You have a demonstratable ability to build, grow and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• You are familiar with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Spectrum) and customization technologies (e.g., print-on-demand, engraving).
• A data driven & analytical thinker - Relationships are important but it’s vital you balance this with the ability to analyze program performance, spot key trends and deliver actionable insights.
• A growth mindset, our customization program is still in its infancy, and we are looking for someone to take us to the next level.

Education and Experience
• 3+ years of experience in eCommerce or Project Management, with a proven track record of successful digital campaigns and/or business growth.
• A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in business, marketing, communications or any related field.
• Proficiency with Shopify; experience with Spectrum is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for eCommerce and consumer psychology.
• Fluent in English.
