Whether you're just starting out or bring years of experience, we’re looking for Junior and Senior Logistic Planners to help drive excellence in our fast-paced logistics hub in Hoofddorp.

What You'll Be Doing

• As a Logistic Planner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely operations across our warehouse and transport network:
• Manage order flow and wave allocation to balance workload and meet KPIs
• Oversee transport planning and documentation to ensure international shipments are complete and on time
• Prioritize urgent orders and plan inbound shipments to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
• Prepare insights and data for daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews
• Optimize warehouse workload to prevent bottlenecks and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with planners, supervisors, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain clear communication with external partners—customers, carriers, transport teams, and other warehouses

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00

• Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel
• A sense of ownership and accountability for team success

Junior Logistic Planner

1–2 years of experience in logistics, planning, coordination, or operations

Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment

Senior Logistic Planner

3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles

Proven ability to lead, troubleshoot, and optimize complex operations
