With a good salary and enough time for yourself outside of work.At Royal FloraHolland, we are looking for a logistics employee to help distribute flowers and plants. This is a part-time position with early shifts starting at 6:00 a.m.
What you can expect:
- You will start with a paid two-day training course, during which you will learn how to work with our electric tractors and the voice picking system.
- You will then receive 12 weeks of guidance so that you can be trained step by step.
- Your work revolves around accuracy and structure: counting, distributing and processing flower boxes correctly is very important.
Your working week:
- Working days: Monday to Friday.
- Availability: at least 3 days per week.
- With a 5-day working week, you will work an average of 20–25 hours, depending on how busy the auction is.
Good to know: A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) may be part of the application process.

Via Actief Werkt! You will be working at Royal FloraHolland. Royal FloraHolland has been connecting flower growers and buyers for over 100 years and is the largest flower auction in the world. We operate at three locations: Naaldwijk, Rijnsburg and Aalsmeer. This vacancy is for the position in Aalsmeer.
Actief Werkt! has an office at the flower auction, right next to the work floor. This makes it easy to drop in for a chat or if you have a question. We are available Monday to Friday, from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.!
Wat wij jou bieden
- A starting salary of €16.04 gross per hour, or an all-in salary of €17.73 gross per hour.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre from 5 km one way.
- Full reimbursement of your public transport card if you work more than 4 days a week.
- Weekly payment of your salary.
- 8.33% holiday pay.
- You live in the Netherlands.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are in good physical condition and can stand and walk for long periods of time.
- You are at least 1.65 metres tall.
- You speak English or Dutch.
- A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) may be part of the application procedure.
- You are available for at least three days, with Monday and/or Friday being mandatory.
