Are you looking for a flexible part-time job in a dynamic working environment? Royal FloraHolland is looking for part-time order pickers to join our team in dividing flowers and plants for our customers. Earn money, work in a thriving environment and have fun surrounded by the most beautiful flowers!As an order picker, you ensure that flowers and plants are distributed correctly and on time. You work with a headset and electric trolley to retrieve the carts from the buffer and distribute the flowers accurately.
You start with two paid training days to familiarise yourself with the logistics process, the trolley and the voice-controlled headset system. You then follow a 12-week onboarding program during which you receive guidance.
Accuracy and focus are essential: you will carefully count and collect flower boxes to ensure that everything is correct.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, starting at 6 a.m., an average of 20–25 hours per week. Minimum availability of 3 days per week.

Royal FloraHolland processes around 100,000 transactions every day. For more than 100 years, the auction has been connecting growers and buyers of flowers and plants, ensuring that products get the best price at minimal cost.
Actief Werkt! has an office right next to the work floor, so you can always pop in for a question or a chat. We are available Monday to Friday, from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Wat wij jou bieden
- A starting salary of €16.04 gross per hour, or an all-in salary of €17.73 gross per hour.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre from 5 km one way.
- Full reimbursement of your public transport card if you work more than 4 days a week.
- Weekly payment of your salary.
- 8.33% holiday pay.
- You live in the Netherlands.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are in good physical condition and can stand and walk for long periods of time.
- You are at least 1.65 metres tall.
- You speak English or Dutch.
- A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) may be part of the application procedure.
- You are available for at least three days, with Monday and/or Friday being mandatory.
