Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work and doesn’t shy away from physical tasks? Then this position as a Concrete Production Worker might be the perfect fit for you! In this role, you contribute to the manufacturing of strong prefab concrete elements that are essential in the construction industry. You’ll see the results of your efforts directly on the work floor. Your responsibilities as a Concrete Production Worker:
- Assembling and mounting prefab concrete elements;
- Placing components and provisions into molds before pouring concrete;
- Pouring concrete and ensuring it is neatly shaped into the right form;
- Operating machinery, such as overhead cranes;
- Loading and unloading materials and finished products safely;
- Carrying out quality checks to make sure all products meet the standards.
En waar we op hameren
- A secondary school (VMBO) level of education or similar;
- Experience with overhead cranes is a plus;
- You are reliable, motivated, and a true team player;
- Flexible attitude and willingness to work extra hours occasionally;
- Good command of either Dutch or English.

- Starting salary of €15,50 per hour;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer;
- A full-time job in day shifts (Monday to Friday);
- 25 vacation days plus 8.33% holiday allowance per year via Covebo;
- A year-end bonus of 3.5%;
