As a Customer Supply Chain Specialist, you ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment across Europe. You work closely with Customer Collaboration Managers, Sales teams and distribution partners. The role combines operational execution, analytics, and project-based work. Depending on experience, stakeholder management can also be part of the job.
Description
- Coordinate daily order and delivery processes;
- Monitor the order book, flag risks, and propose solutions;
- Ensure correct administration and customer communication;
- Execute and optimize intercompany orders, master data corrections, allocations, product lifecycle activities, and other operational tasks;
- Support colleagues in meeting service level and delivery targets;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, Demand Planning or related fields;
- Strong Excel skills (Tableau or similar tools are a plus);
- International business experience;
- Detail-oriented and proactive;
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset;
- Fluent in English.
