As a Batter Operator, you're in charge of producing a range of products. You keep the machines running smoothly, carry out quality checks, and quickly tackle any issues that pop up.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic work area
Taking samples and performing quality checks
Weighing raw materials accurately to keep production on track
Resolving malfunctions and reporting them to the technical department
Keeping a close eye on the progress of the production process

You will work in a 5-shift system, working 6 days in a row followed by 4 days off.

Gevraagd

Own means of transportation
Experience in the food industry
Able to communicate effectively in Dutch or English
Knowledge of HACCP is a plus
Problem-solving skills
