We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join a fast-growing, global organization specializing in IT infrastructure services. Functie omschrijving
In this position, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly around sales and customer relationships. You will support the team throughout the commercial process and interact daily with international clients. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing and following up on contracts and sales orders.
• Building and maintaining client relationships.
• Drafting proposals and sales offers.
• Providing excellent service to clients.
• Onboarding new clients and inputting data into internal systems.
• Coordinating with internal departments to align processes.

Every day is different – some days you'll dive into the details of orders and processes, other days you'll focus on client inquiries and relationship-building. What you’ll consistently do is keep things organized, think proactively, and ensure customers receive the best possible experience.
 

Functie-eisen

• A completed bachelor’s degree.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a commercial or customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• A proactive mindset: you spot what needs to be done and get it done.
• Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and planning.
• Comfort in an international, fast-paced environment.
