Wat ga je doen?

As an Operator, you'll join a state-of-the-art packaging company in Leeuwarden. Together with your team, you will be responsible for producing packaging for well-known brands.

You’ll start in the folding and gluing department. There, you’ll ensure packaging flows smoothly through the machines and that they will end up neatly packed in boxes. Occasionally, you'll stack the finished products onto pallets. The job includes a lot of variety and no two days are the same, from snack packaging to cake mix, every order brings something new!

In short:

Set up machines and troubleshoot minor malfunctions
Check print quality and overall packaging standards
Keep your workspace clean and organized
Contribute ideas to help optimize the production process

Your technical skills will come in handy when operating the machinery, and attention to detail is key, you're producing packaging that will be seen in supermarkets. You’ll also have plenty of opportunities for personal development through training.

You’ll be trained to become a fully qualified Operator, but it’s important to have the patience and motivation to grow into the role.
