The primary goal is to revolutionize how a company tests its software—specifically for interoperability—by integrating AI. The company is not just looking for someone to build a standard test automation framework. They want a visionary who can use Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to create new, smarter ways to test software.

• Driving Innovation: This person is the chief innovator for the testing process. This involves exploring, prototyping, and creating new AI-powered tools to make testing faster, more comprehensive, and more efficient.
• Translating Requirements into Architecture: You would take complex interoperability standards (like DICOM, used for medical imaging) and turn them into a clear, repeatable, and scalable test architecture. This means designing a system that can handle different types of tests and be reused across various projects.
• Collaboration: While you operate independently on the technical side, you must also work closely with other teams to ensure your AI-powered solutions align with the company's business goals and industry standards.
• Independent Operation: This is a senior-level position that requires a high degree of autonomy. You are expected to take initiative, solve problems on your own, and deliver results without constant supervision.

• AI and Generative AI: A strong background in machine learning and, more specifically, Generative AI/LLMs, is crucial. You must have practical experience applying these technologies, not just a theoretical understanding.
• Hands-on Prototyping: This role is not just about drawing diagrams. You must be able to get your hands dirty, write code (preferably C# and Python), and build working proofs of concept to demonstrate your ideas.
• Software Architecture: You need to be an experienced software architect who understands how to design complex, scalable systems. This means knowing about design patterns, system integration, and software development lifecycles.
• Domain-Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (DICOM, IHE) is essential. This shows you understand the unique challenges and regulations of testing software in the medical field.
• Problem-Solving: The job is centered on tackling complex, open-ended challenges. You need a strong analytical mindset to break down problems and develop innovative solutions.

Primary employment conditions

• Monthly salary as per market standards
• A 13th month payment, pro-rated periodically
• 8.33% holiday allowance calculated on 12 monthly salaries
