Fantastic, because that means you are the proactive and people-oriented HR employee (internally known as a Talent Supervisor) we are looking for. Together with you, we want to make a difference for our talent at our logistics clients in Breda, Tilburg, and Waalwijk. We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who, as an HR employee, will shape the entire guidance process. A role in which we believe your experience will truly shine.

As an HR employee, you are at the heart of the action and the trusted face for all the talent starting through Randstad. What does this mean for you in practice?

• Sourcing & Engaging Talent: You are involved in recruitment daily, speaking with potential new employees and getting them excited about a future with our client. You give these talents tours and show them their potential new workplace in the warehouse.

• Creating a Warm Welcome: You ensure a perfect administrative start, including a personal welcome email.

• Coaching & Guiding: You are present in the warehouse daily, conducting performance and job satisfaction meetings together with a team leader, and you are the first point of contact for all your employees.

• Providing Care & Attention: You proactively maintain contact with employees on sick leave and show your involvement.

• Building Together: You collaborate with your team and go the extra mile to help talents, clients, and colleagues succeed.

• You are an early bird who gets in the car full of energy, heading to Biomet Zimmer in Breda in the morning, and DB Schenker in Tilburg in the afternoon.

• A varied 40-hour work week suits you perfectly.

• You have your own car to get you everywhere you need to go.

• You switch just as easily between Dutch and English.

• You excel at planning and organizing and know how to keep multiple balls in the air.

Because your dedication and growth are central to us, you can count on:

• A good salary between €2,500 and €2,900 gross per month (based on 40 hours), matching your experience.

• A personal benefit budget of 12.347% on top of your salary (which includes 8.5% holiday allowance + 3.847% extra).

• Support for your mobility and a well-equipped (home) office: a phone, a contribution of €225, and a budget of €750.

  De talent acquisition specialist gaat verder met jou in gesprek over de functie, het team en ons bedrijf. Daarnaast zijn wij benieuwd naar wie jij bent en naar wat jouw talenten zijn. Dit gesprek kan zowel op kantoor als online plaatsvinden.  

• Op tweede gesprek
  

  Het tweede gesprek is in ieder geval met jouw toekomstige manager. Zo krijg je nog meer beeld en gevoel bij jouw werkplek. Vaak zit hier nog een tweede persoon bij en die persoon is afhankelijk van de vacature en afdeling. Soms is dit met een andere manager, een collega uit het team of een andere talent acquisition specialist. We zijn al overtuigd van jouw talenten, maar we willen samen echt kijken welke plek het beste bij jou past!
