Wat ga je allemaal doen?
We are seeking a motivated and experienced CNC-Operator to join our Finishing Department, taking charge of operating multiple CNC and NC machines with accuracy and efficiency. In this role, you will play a key part in producing high-quality, wear-resistant components while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities as CNC-Operator:
- Independently set up, operate, and manage multiple CNC and NC machines;
- Produce wear-resistant parts following precise technical drawings and specifications;
- Perform quality inspections using advanced measuring tools to ensure strict adherence to standards;
- Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized, following 6S methodology and safety guidelines;
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or World-Class Manufacturing principles to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
En waar we op hameren
- Hands-on experience with CNC machines, preferably with Fanuc or Siemens controls;
- Technical education at vocational level (MBO level 2) in metalworking or a related field;
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings;
- Willingness to work a 3-shift schedule (early: 05:30–14:00, late: 14:00–22:30, night: 22:30–05:30, including a 30-minute break)
- Flexibility to work overtime and assist other departments as needed
- Enthusiasm for learning and personal growth through internal training programs
