Technology Transfer Engineer
For our client, a leading supplier of resins and specialty materials that enable customers to create robust, durable, and versatile products and components, we are seeking a Technology Transfer Engineer!

At their Zwolle site, we’re looking for a new Technology Transfer Engineer to join their team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with R&D and our productionfacilities across Europe to ensure new products are introduced smoothly — and that their existing products continue to meet high standards.

You’ll play a key role in driving quality, consistency, and technical excellence across borders. If you’re someone who enjoys variety in their work, interacting with different stakeholders, and finding solutions that make a real impact — this might be your next step.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Keeping a close eye on product quality to ensure consistent performance
• Leading the introduction of new products into our European production sites
• Managing product transfers between our different locations in Europe
• Supporting production sites with quality, technical issues, and asset optimization
• Aligning changes to formulations and specifications across departments
• Acting as a key link between production sites and the Analytical Department when it comes to resolving quality deviations

What You Bring

• A degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, ideally with manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of polyester and vinyl ester technology is a big plus
• Proven experience managing technology transfer projects
• Strong communication skills and a “let’s get it done” mindset
• A proactive, hands-on approach to your work, with precision and accuracy in everything you do
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
• Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment. English needed, Dutch is a plus
• Willingness to travel when required (once in 2 months on average)
