Do you like to work with your hands and do you have technical insight? For Philips Healthcare in Best we are looking for a full-time mechanic who likes to work in day shift!

who are you

As a Technician at Philips, you will be a mechanical specialist with a preference for an MBO 3 degree in Mechanical Engineering (or another MBO 3-4 level technical qualification) and relevant work experience at an LBO/MBO level in a technical field. Furthermore, you identify with the following:

You can work well with work instructions and technical drawings.
You have a good command of the Dutch and English language.
You are proactive, a team player, and have an eye for both quality and quantity.

what will you do

Participate in daily team meetings for task assignments and alignment.
Study drawings and manuals to understand the construction, function, and operation.
Verify the completeness of materials and components against a checklist.
Assemble components into a complete build block (Geo-stand) according to drawings and work instructions.
Focus on adjustments, cable routing, and rotational movements.
Correct deviations by adjusting components to ensure product quality.
Ensure seamless functionality between the assemblies.

where will you work

Join a diverse team of around 25 people within the Geo-arches sub-department of the IGT (X-ray systems) department. At Philips Healthcare, you will develop, produce, and sell equipment, systems, and services for medical applications. The main customers are hospitals and medical specialists.
