Are you an experienced Engineer with a passion for yacht building? Do you want to work on groundbreaking luxury superyachts that set new standards in design, engineering, and craftsmanship? As an Engineer in the Construction/Structural discipline, you will be responsible for the technical execution of assigned scopes within complex superyacht projects. You will develop high-quality engineering packages, 3D models, and detailed documentation, while ensuring manufacturability, compliance, and alignment with production. In this role, you act as the key link between engineering and production, supporting the smooth transition from design into construction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine detailed structural engineering designs, 3D models, and technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with Class, Flag, and internal specifications.
• Conduct FEM analyses, stress analyses, and weight calculations to guarantee feasibility and safety.
• Evaluate manufacturability and provide technical solutions to engineering and production bottlenecks.
• Support production teams by validating that execution is aligned with engineering requirements.
• Ensure integration of structural elements with hull, exterior, moving equipment, and other yacht systems.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, senior engineers, and production leads to deliver on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

• BSc or MSc degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineeering
• At least 5 years of experience in yacht or shipbuilding
• Proficiency in Siemens NX, 3D AutoCAD, Teamcenter, and Cadmatic.
• Strong knowledge of structural design, hull engineering, exterior integration, moving equipment, and equipment interfaces.
• Proven experience with FEM/stress analysis, weight control, and budgeting.
• Fluent in English
