We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Team Leader to strengthen our production team in Eersel. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 12 to 20 employees on a daily basis and ensuring a smooth and efficient production process.Your tasks:
- Lead, motivate, and support employees on the shop floor
- Organize and coordinate activities (packing/unpacking work, stacking crates, relabeling, and other related tasks)
- Prepare and manage the staff schedule for the upcoming weeks
- Record production data and monitor KPIs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and monitor attendance
- Contribute ideas for improving work processes and efficiency
Gevraagd
- Experience as a team leader, shift leader, or similar role in production/logistics
- Strong leadership skills and good communication abilities
- Hands-on mentality and ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work alongside the team when needed
- Good command of English; knowledge of Polish is a plus.
- Living within a maximum radius of 30 km from Eersel
