Working hours

Employment agency Manpower is looking for an operator for an employer in Amsterdam.

You independently run the production of chocolate bars and personalized wrappers during your shift. You ensure a clean, hygienic workspace and work according to quality standards. Starting up, keeping the process running, and closing it down goes smoothly and according to procedures. You solve small malfunctions yourself and are interested in larger technical challenges. Meanwhile, you stay calm: visitors are watching through the window. You wave and smile back. If it’s quiet, you enjoy explaining how the machine works or sharing your best joke!

What's in it for you

• Gross salary of €2,700 to €2,800 per month
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer
• Job of 32 to 40 hours per week

Functie-eisen

• Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week (shifts of 8 hours)
• Flexible to work on weekends
• Willing to do physical work; standing most of the day
• Resident of the Netherlands and in possession of a valid work permit
• Technical insight and experience with food production machines
• Experience as an operator in a production environment
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
• Good command of Dutch and/or English
• Strong communication skills, open and reliable
• Able to explain or discuss problems easily and quickly
