What are you going to do?We’re looking for a Logistics Manager (Temporary Replacement) to oversee logistics at a large data center in Groningen. You’ll manage daily operations, coordinate with stakeholders and 3PL partners, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
- Manage logistics operations: reverse logistics, material flow, decommissioning, and new deployments;
- Translate operational needs into clear actions and priorities;
- Support growth with accurate material planning and process optimization;
- Track KPIs, maintain SOPs, and improve workflows;
- Drive vendor performance, reviews, and compliance;
- Identify opportunities for efficiency (automation, utilization, cross-site processes).
- Salary of €7,500 gross per month, based on a 40-hour contract;
- Start date: during this month or latest 1st of October until 31st of Marcvh 2026;

What do we ask?- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations;
- Experience in industrial logistics, preferably in high-tech environments;
- Prior experience working within or managing 3PL operations;
- Strong vendor management skills;
- Familiarity with systems such as SAP, JDE, or Blue Yonder;
- Comfortable using Google Workspace;
- Strong problem-solving and execution skills;
- Not a hardware/software engineering role ( focus is on operational performance and vendor coordination).
