Are you an experienced logistics employee with leadership qualities? Do you enjoy managing a team and improving processes? Then this full-time logistics vacancy is for you! We are looking for a Team Lead for an organisation who will ensure a smooth flow of goods and accurate stock levels.

In this position, you will manage a team of 10–15 colleagues and ensure structure, overview and results. You will work day shifts and receive a contract directly from the client.

As Logistics Team Leader, you are responsible for receiving goods and managing stock. Approximately 80% of your time is spent managing your team and monitoring processes. The other 20% is spent helping out on the work floor when necessary.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Managing 10–15 warehouse employees
• Checking and processing incoming goods
• Carrying out stock checks, cycle counts and corrections
• Planning capacity (permanent and flexible staff)
• Identifying and resolving deviations
• Implementing process improvements and optimisations in SAP
• Ensuring order, tidiness and safety on the work floor
• You will work closely with the planning, production and outbound departments.

• A gross monthly salary between €2,800 and €3,100, depending on your work experience.
• 28 days of holiday per year, with the option to purchase additional days.
• A full-time job with daytime hours from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., so you are free in the evenings and at weekends.

For this logistics position, we are looking for a team leader with experience and an overview. You recognise yourself in the following profile:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in logistics, for example in inbound or stock management.
• You are proficient with ERP or WMS systems – experience with SAP is an added bonus.
• You have previously managed a team in a warehouse.
• You speak Dutch, English and Polish well.
• You are goal-oriented, practical and can act clearly and decisively when necessary.
