We are looking for a flexible and hands-on Supply Chain Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working across multiple scopes and teams. The candidate will primarily support Order-to-Bill activities and collaborate with a Belgium-based department, while being fully based in Amsterdam.

Description

  • Provide operational support across various supply chain functions.
  • Assist with order management, purchase orders, and stock intake.
  • Collaborate with planning teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain and update reports, forecasts, and master data.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks across different teams as needed.

Profile

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (especially modules like ME21N, MIGO, VA01/VA02, ME2N, SQ00).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Coupa, IBP, and BI is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing scopes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a bonus but not required.
