In this role, you'll be the linchpin of our Downstream Content and Engagement team. You will develop and disseminate sales-focused communication and training that elevates the effectiveness and efficiency of our global sales force. Your responsibilities will include creating communication assets for sales training in February 2026 and compiling bi-weekly newsletters for our sales professionals. You will manage content on our sales portals, provide ongoing support to refine our marketing and communication strategies, and ensure a consistent tone of voice across all IGT-S marketing communications. You will also collaborate with external agencies to achieve the best possible results.

Your tasks include:

  • Developing communication assets for sales training programs.
  • Creating and distributing bi-weekly newsletters to the sales force.
  • Updating and refreshing the portfolio overview.
  • Project managing content gathering with product marketers and agencies.
  • Uploading and removing assets on the sales portal.
  • Maintaining the sales communications email inbox.
  • Sending sales communications emails for webinars and toolkits.
  • Organizing and dispatching webinar recordings.
  • Creating and maintaining SharePoint sites for NHT.
  • Providing email and sales communication support for NHT.
  • Arranging and conducting Test Panel calls.
Functie-eisen

To be considered for this role, we are looking for a candidate who:

  • Has 5 years experience, with relevant professional experience.
  • Possesses strong communication and project management skills.
  • Has demonstrable experience in creating content and training materials.
  • Is proficient in using various platforms and tools (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Is available to work 32 to 40 hours per week until at least the end of February 2026.
  • Is willing to work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of three days per week at the office, in accordance with the Philips policy.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden

You'll join Yacht to work at Philips and become part of a large network of driven Communication Professionals with whom you can share knowledge and experiences. We also offer the following:

Contract

  • Hours: 32 - 40 hours per week
  • Assignment duration: until the end of February 2026
  • You will be hired on a Yacht contract for the duration of the assignment.
  • Location: Best. You'll work from the office 3 days a week.
