ARCA means chest in Portuguese. The story behind this is an idea of a historic voyage. Henrique has created a unique menu focusing on the trading routes of Portugal, incorporating traditional dishes with a modern twist using Asian flavours and spices. We are looking for the jewels in our chest to help unlock the ARCA brand.

We are looking for a Runner:

Who will support our team of our waiters in ensuring every guest enjoys their dining experience.
Who will be delivering and clearing away orders and deal directly with guests when colleagues need some extra support.
Who will explain menus and drinks lists and looks for opportunities to upsell.
Who will assist in opening and closing set up of the restaurant, and cleaning/polishing china, glass and silverware
Who ensures our restaurant runs smoothly, delivering memorable experiences
Who is passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations
