As a delivery driver at DHL Express in Den Hoorn, you play an important role in ensuring our customers receive their packages on time and in excellent condition. You’ll navigate a fast-paced environment where efficiency, customer focus, and teamwork are key. What You Will Do:
- Delivery: you safely and promptly deliver packages to customers, always with a friendly attitude.
- Route planning: you optimize your daily routes for efficiency and reliability, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Customer interaction: you represent DHL professionally, building positive relationships with customers during every interaction.
- Package handling: you carefully manage shipments, including packages weighing up to 30 kg, ensuring they are handled with care.
- Teamwork: you collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive and productive work environment.

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused delivery driver who thrives in a dynamic and innovative environment.
- Valid category B driver’s license with 2+ years of experience.
- Proven courier experience within the Netherlands.
- Available at least 16 hours weekly, including Fridays.
- Physically capable of lifting packages up to 30 kg.
- Customer-oriented mindset and proactive work attitude.

- Hourly wage between €15.65 and €20.35, based on experience.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Flexible workweek ranging from 24 to 40 hours per week.
- 50% bonus for working on Saturdays.
- 10% vacation days and 8.33% holiday pay.
- Immediate participation in our pension plan from day one.
