As a Production Employee, you make sure that cheeses are perfectly prepared for the next production phase. One of your key duties is cleaning the cheeses with water or steam, always following hygiene and food safety standards. By doing this carefully, you guarantee that the products meet strict quality requirements before further processing.

Your tasks as a Production Employee include:

• Cleaning and preparing cheeses accurately;
• Working in a cooled production environment;
• Following hygiene, food safety, and company guidelines;

• Supporting an efficient production flow together with your colleagues.

You will work in a professional but approachable team where quality, teamwork, and consistency are most important.

• A gross hourly wage between €14.40 and €15.38, depending on your experience;
• 25 vacation days per year (pro rata) in line with the NBBU CLA;
• 8.33% holiday pay, paid out in May;
