As a Marketing trainee, you’ll join a 2-year development program made up of three rotations of 8 months. Each rotation offers you a deep dive into a different part of our fast-growing organization. Areas you may explore include:

In-store Communication
PR & Communication
Trade Marketing
Partnerships
Promotions & Activations,
Global Campaigns & Communication,
Social Media & Influencer.

You’re motivated, hands-on, and eager to learn. You want a career where you can grow, contribute, and make a difference in a purpose-driven company.

You hold (or will hold) a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, economics or a related field by February 2026.
You are curious, analytical, and ready to take initiative
You enjoy working with data and collaborating in a team
You are fluent in English
You do not have more than 1 year of work experience.
