Our Business Technology teams are the digital backbone of Rituals, enabling every meaningful moment for our customers and colleagues worldwide. From the code that powers our global e-commerce platform to the data that guides our strategic decisions, technology is at the core of our growth and innovation.

We love to share our knowledge and expertise. As a Technology trainee, you’ll join a 2-year development program made up of three rotations of 8 months. Each rotation offers you a deep dive into a different part of our fast-growing organization, giving you a unique, holistic view of how technology drives a global brand.

Your journey will include placements in:

• Rituals AI Lab: Dive into the future of tech and contribute to everything related to GenAI, Machine Learning, and prediction engines. You will not only support the development of new core AI skills for our employees but also get the chance to define, build, and run your own predictive business case from start to finish.
• Retail Tech: Learn how the heart of Rituals runs on technology. You’ll join the team that manages our state-of-the-art Point of Sale system, which processes over 60 million transactions a year in under 30 milliseconds. This rotation includes hands-on, in-store experience to see our technology in action and understand its impact on our customers and staff.
• Business Alignment: Become an expert in managing complex, strategic technology programs. In this rotation, you will master the art of stakeholder and dependency management, learning to separate true business value from the noise and ensure our most critical projects are delivered successfully and drive the business forward.

You’re motivated, hands-on, and eager to learn. You want a career where you can grow, contribute, and make a difference in a purpose-driven company.

• You hold (or will hold) a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Business & IT, or a related technical field by February 2026.
• You have a strong passion for emerging technologies like AI, Machine Learning, and scalable systems.
• You are curious, analytical, and possess strong problem-solving skills, with an interest in translating complex problems into clear, actionable solutions.
• You have excellent communication skills and an ability to manage stakeholders, with an interest in the strategy behind technology.
• You enjoy working with data, are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and love collaborating in a team.
• You are fluent in English.
• You do not have more than 1 year of work experience.
• You identify with Rituals’ culture
