Role Description
This role combines strategic ownership and hands-on execution of marketing initiatives, with a focus on demand generation and international expansion. As part of the Management Team, you will define and execute the marketing vision while aligning closely with sales to drive pipeline growth and brand positioning.
Team Size & Leadership Scope
Direct Reports: 2 (1 Sales Representative, 1 Marketeer; growth planned)
Team Size: 30 FTE (cross-functional)
Key Collaboration: Sales, Design, External Agencies, and Management Team
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the marketing strategy with a focus on lead generation, ABM, and international growth.
Oversee communications, campaigns, content creation (with external writers), and marketing tooling.
Manage and optimize paid and organic lead generation channels (~€2K monthly paid budget).
Drive alignment with sales on lead quality, messaging, and pricing.
Define the growth vision including international expansion, product-led growth elements, and self-service motion.
Represent marketing in the Management Team, contributing to company-wide strategy.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing or commercial leadership.
Proven expertise in lead generation, ABM, and campaign execution (strategic and hands-on).
Experience managing external vendors and internal teams.
Strong self-starter mindset, with ownership of both vision and execution.
Excellent communication skills, confident in Management Team-level decision-making.
Nice-to-Haves:
Background in HR-tech.
Experience contributing to diverse team dynamics.
