Swapfiets is a Dutch company that gives people bikes with a special service. If the bike has a problem, Swapfiets quickly repairs or replaces it. They are growing and looking for bicycle mechanics to fix their bikes and e-bikes, making sure they are safe and ready to ride.
Their warehouse is located in 's-Hertogenbosch.
Your role as a Mechanic Lead:
- Coordinate daily operations and lead team meetings, consistently motivating and engaging your team
- Support HR-related processes including recruitment, performance reviews, managing sick leave, and vacation requests
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock management
- Oversee quality control and ensure proper data handling and documentation
- Assist with onboarding new team members and deliver training sessions
Work schedule:
- You will work a single shift, running from 08:00 to 16:30, Monday through Friday.
To succeed in this job, you should be:
- Familiar with e-bikes and city bikes, or have comparable experience in a related field
- Skilled in team leadership, with proven experience managing and guiding others
- Good with hands and tools (from hobbies or past jobs)
- Good communication in English and/or Dutch language
