For our client Cummins Emission Solutions in Roermond, we are looking for a Cycle Counter! Would you like to work as a Cycle Counter in the automotive sector and grow within a company with a good image in the region? Then respond quickly!

As a Cycle Counter, you work accurately and have an eye for detail. In addition, you meet the following requirements: 

• A completed MBO 3 education (or higher);
• Basic knowledge of administrative and logistical processes;
• Command of the English and/or Dutch language.

• A starting salary of € 18.21 gross per hour;
• €0.86 ADV allowance and €0.26 SAO allowance;

As a Cycle Counter, you will be responsible for continuously counting stock cycles to ensure stock accuracy. You will support stock management by carefully counting products and comparing stock with stock logs and other documents. You will use various methods to produce reliable reports, working according to both written and verbal instructions.

Your work as a Cycle Counter consists of 4 parts:

1. Stock control:

• Ensuring accurate stock through regular and accurate counts, data entry and resolving discrepancies;
• Investigate stock discrepancies and resolve potential problems;
• Develop solutions to stock problems such as overstocking;
• Manage deliveries and check products against logs.

2. Records:

• Maintain product identification and location records;
• Maintaining warehouse records through computerised record-keeping system;
• Making reports of counting results and providing insight into discrepancies;
• Booking stock discrepancies in the computerised system.

3. Improvement:

• Analysing discrepancies to identify the cause and develop solutions;
• Making proposals to improve and maintain stock accuracy;
• Investigating errors in stock records and taking corrective action.

4. Analyse:

• Collect and analyse data related to stock discrepancies in order to determine the root cause and provide appropriate solutions.
