You’ll earn a competitive hourly wage between €15.08 and €16.76 (including ATV allowance), depending on your experience. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the production of precast concrete elements. Your tasks will include preparing the molds by oiling them and, where necessary, placing steel and other reinforcement materials. You'll then help pour the concrete—both manually and using machinery—ensuring a high-quality end product. After drying overnight, the precast elements are ready for the next stage of processing. You’ll work closely with your colleagues in a tight-knit team that supports one another and maintains a positive, collaborative work environment.

What we require
- You speak Dutch and/or English;
- You are physically fit and enjoy an active work environment;
- You have a proactive work attitude and are eager to learn and grow;
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required;
- You enjoy working in a team but can also work independently.
- A salary between €15,08 en €16,76 per uur (incl. ATV-Allowance), depending on experience;
- A full-time position of 38 hours per week, with day shifts;
- Terms according to the CAO Betonproducentenindustrie (CLA);
