Are you a go-getter who enjoys working with your hands? Would you like to contribute to innovative construction projects and be part of a close-knit team? Then this is your opportunity to join us as a production worker in Wanssum!What will you do?
As a production worker, you will play an important role in one of our production departments, such as wide slab floors, building elements, shell floors, shell walls or ribbed floors. Your work will be varied and will include:
- Assembling elements and installing formwork
- Pouring concrete and unloading products
- Operating overhead cranes, hall cranes and other equipment
- Checking and monitoring quality during the production process
- Working with colleagues to achieve efficient and high-quality results
Gevraagd
- Vocational education (VMBO) level of working and thinking
- Motivation, commitment and a real can-do attitude
- You speak Dutch, English or German
- Team spirit and willingness to work together to get the job done
- Flexibility and willingness to work overtime if necessary
Aanbod
- A salary of €2,531 - €3,115 per month;
- Working in 3 shifts with a 21% shift allowance;
- End-of-year bonus of 3.5% and a profit-sharing scheme;
