Introductie

Do you love pastries and enjoy working with food?
We are looking for enthusiastic colleagues to join the packing department of an industrial bakery in Weert. In this clean and organized production environment, you will be packing frozen pastries such as cakes and "tompoezen" (a traditional Dutch pastry).

All products are made on-site in Weert and delivered to supermarkets in the Netherlands, France, and Belgium. You'll be part of a pleasant and informal team in a hygienic and modern workspace.

What we ask from you:

You're available to start at short notice
You're available at least 2 days per week
You're willing to work in 2 shifts (between 06:00 and 00:00)
You're fine with removing jewelry, piercings, makeup, and nail polish before starting your shift (for hygiene reasons)
You speak and understand Dutch or English

Wat bieden wij je?

What we offer:

A starting wage of € 14.96 gross per hour
After 18:00, a 38% shift allowance, increasing your hourly wage to € 20.64
After 6 months, your hourly wage increases to € 16.73 gross
Travel allowance of € 0.19 per km (from 10 km one-way)
Monday to Friday schedule – weekends off

You will rotate between tasks on the department, which means plenty of variety. You’ll also be involved in production work, so no two days are the same.

This is a 2-shift operation, with shifts scheduled between 06:00 and 00:00.
