It prepares store orders by collecting, sorting, and organizing goods using voice-pick systems and pallet equipment. You will be doing this:Employees are responsible for collecting products using a voice-pick system based on store orders, stacking and organizing them securely on pallets for transport. They sort and pack goods accurately for shipment, all while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Aanbod
We offer:- Gross hourly wage starting from €15,29 (Including ADV, max 35 hours per week);
- Shift bonuses, 25% between 20:00 and 22:00 and 30% on Saturdays
- Travel allowance of €0,19 per kilometer for distances of 10 kilometers or more;
- After 4 months, chance of a contract directly with the client.
- Able to walk long distances (15,000–20,000 steps/day), bend, and lift regularly;
- Good numeracy is essential for order picking and pallet building tasks;
- Good communication skills in English or Dutch;
- Willing to work in shifts, including Saturdays when required;
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn during training and selection assessments.
