Our client is a leading manufacturer in the medical sector, based in Hoevelaken. The company is known for its innovative healthcare products used worldwide. To strengthen their team, they are looking for a driven Production Coordinator to optimally support and coordinate the production process on a fulltime basis.

As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and monitoring the production planning for all products at the Hoevelaken facility. You will assist in preparing the weekly planning and ensure everything runs smoothly. Your tasks include:

• Daily production planning based on the MPS plan
• Identifying and escalating production issues to the Operations Manager
• Maintaining and adjusting production forecasts
• Inventory management and purchasing raw materials
• Printing logistics labels, production orders, and routers
• Managing data in Exact Globe / ERP systems, including material and supplier data
• Ensuring accurate production and shipping documentation
• Coordinating the transport of sterilized production items to QA for final release

• Salary starting from €2600 gross per month (based on 40 hours)
• A temporary 7-month contract with a pleasant working environment
• Travel allowance of €0.25 per km
• A full-time position

• Internal training and guidance from experienced colleagues

• MBO education (MBO, MEA or MTS level)
• 1 to 3 years of experience in production planning or work preparation, preferably in the medical sector
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken; Dutch is a plus
• You are analytically strong, accurate, and have problem-solving skills
• Experience with MS Office and Exact or similar ERP systems
• Able to perform well under pressure and a true team player
• You have a proactive attitude and work in a structured way with attention to detail
