As ITMaintenance Engineer you will:
•Responsible for the laptop preparation for employees and resolve various desk issues
•Responsible for network project construction and daily maintenance
•Responsible for office solutions
• Following HQ IT to do some tests or perform IT implementation.
•Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization
•Other related activities and contingent assignments.
Your profile:
•Bachelor`s degree in computer science or IT-related majors.
•1 years of IT Support-related work experience.
•Fluent English language skills.
•CCNA, CCNP or ITIL certifications are advantageous.
•Chinese speaking is beneficial.
•Excellent communication and organization skills, independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
