Are you creative, organized, and passionate about driving social media excellence in the entertainment industry? We are looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Producer on behalf of our client, a global entertainment company based in Amsterdam.

Strategic Operations & Team Coordination

• Provide comprehensive support to Social Marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
• Develop and maintain streamlined workflows, calendars, and documentation systems that enhance team productivity and efficiency
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agency partners to guarantee timely asset delivery and approval processes
• Establish and reinforce operational best practices, maintaining consistency across all campaign initiatives

Project Management & Campaign Execution

• Monitor project timelines, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions using advanced project management methodologies
• Lead small-scale initiatives, including platform optimization projects, seasonal campaigns, and content audits
• Oversee agency deliverables to ensure quality standards and brand alignment are consistently met
• Support organic social campaign development and execution while maintaining operational excellence

Budget Administration & Performance Analysis

• Manage budget allocation for designated projects, including invoice processing, scope of work documentation, and financial data management
• Gather performance metrics and compile comprehensive reporting summaries for stakeholder review
• Collaborate with team leadership to optimize operational workflows and enhance process efficiency
• Monitor audience engagement patterns and brand sentiment, identifying opportunities for innovative fan engagement strategies

• Immediate availability to start
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in social marketing, digital marketing, agency environments, or consumer brands within the entertainment, sports, or gaming industries
• Professional fluency in Dutch is highly preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving capabilities
• Outstanding communication abilities with proven success in cross-functional collaboration
• Expertise in managing multiple high-priority projects within fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Proficiency with social media management platforms and project management systems preferred
• Advanced technical skills with complete mastery of Google Workspace applications
• Self-motivated professional who excels in rapidly evolving business settings
• Positive, collaborative mindset with adaptability to changing responsibilities and priorities
• Strong analytical background with experience leveraging data insights and creative intuition for audience engagement
• Comprehensive understanding of social media analytics with willingness to pursue innovative, high-impact strategies
