Internship Opportunity – Innovation Team | Amsterdam | Starting February 2026
Are you ready to dive into the world of innovation, creativity, and product magic? Rituals is on the lookout for a passionate and proactive intern to join our Innovation team at our Amsterdam HQ for 6 months starting February 2026.
At Rituals, innovation isn’t just a buzzword—it’s our heartbeat. Our team is responsible for bringing hundreds of new products to life each year, while continuously upgrading our existing portfolio with cutting-edge technology and sustainable concepts. From dreamy fragrances to luxurious textures, we make sure every product tells a story. This is your opportunity to have a sneak peek behind the scenes!
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be part of two dynamic teams:
✨ NPD Operations Team Think of this team as the glue that holds the innovation process together. We’re the connectors between creative minds and operational excellence—ensuring everything flows smoothly from idea to shelf.
✨ Body & Beauty Category Team Here’s where the magic happens—from concept to launch. You’ll get a front-row seat to how fragrances, formulations, and designs come to life, and learn all about the processes and people that make it happen.
Gevraagd
- You’re a HBO/WO student with a passion for Innovation, Design, Marketing, or anything that sparks creativity
- Hands-on, proactive, and structured in your approach
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a creative twist
- Great communicator and relationship builder
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Skilled in PowerPoint, Outlook, Excell and ideally Adobe tools
- Bonus points if you love fragrance, cosmetics, and product design!
- Available from February 2026 for 6 months, 32–40 hours per week
