Are you a results-oriented professional with a strategic mindset and excellent communication skills? We are looking for an Administrative Business Specialist.

What are you going to do?

·      Works alongside the procurement team raising requisitions. Manages relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord;

·      Organizes and maintains data in spreadsheets; generate reports; organizes paperwork; and other related administrative duties as required;

·      Co-ordinate, manage and order office supplies;

·      Under the guidance of the EHS group, reviews and updates relevant health and safety policies and ensures they are observed. Interacts with all employees to ensure that their health and safety needs are met;

·      Oversight of day-to-day administrative/facilities operations/office management;

·      Plan office events such as company lunches / meetings/team buildings;

·      Provide some workplace technology support such as laptop configuration, video and audio technology support,

·      Various other support responsibilities as needed.

What do we ask?
  • Proficiency in Chinese ( Mandarin) and English, with strong communication skills in a professional setting
  • 2-5 years of experience in administrative business operations
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and drive initiatives to achieve business objectives
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
