Are you fluent in Polish and passionate about helping people? Start your new career adventure as a Polish-speaking Customer Service Agent for a leading international beauty brand. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them with a wide range of inquiries by phone, email, and web forms.
Whether you’re helping someone choose the perfect fragrance or guiding them through creating a personalized shampoo, you’ll deliver outstanding customer support in Polish while ensuring every client feels valued and supported.
Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Agent
- Provide high-quality customer service in Polish via phone, email, and online forms
- Advise customers on products, services, and personalized solutions
- Handle questions with empathy and professionalism to create positive customer experiences
- Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer support every day
Training is set to take place between mid-October and mid-November, and this temporary position will cover the busiest three months of the year.

What we offer:

- A 3-day training program to prepare you with all product and service knowledge
- Flexible working hours with different shift options:
- 08:45–18:00
- 11:00–21:00
- 10:00–18:30
- Shift lengths of 4, 6, or 8 hours – ideal for work-life balance
- Rotating schedules every 4 weeks, with the chance to indicate your preferences
- Temporary contract covering the busiest 3 months of the year (training between mid-October and mid-November)
