As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will manage a team of approximately 10 to 20 warehouse operators daily. You serve as the primary contact on the shop floor and excel at motivating your colleagues. Your leadership ensures that daily operations run smoothly while maintaining high-quality standards. In addition to overseeing daily activities, you actively contribute to process optimization. You provide input for improvement projects and have a keen eye for innovation within logistics. You monitor progress, coach your team, and ensure that goals are achieved. In this role, you work closely with the warehouse manager and other departments. Your responsibilities include leading, coaching, and motivating a team of warehouse operators;
ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on the warehouse floor;
contributing to the continuous improvement of logistics processes and procedures;
identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements;
monitoring compliance with legal, company, and safety regulations;
and reporting progress directly to the warehouse manager.

Wij vragen:

- At least 2 years of leadership experience, preferably in a warehouse environment;
- Experience with process optimization and a strong interest in logistics innovation;
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
- Strong analytical skills, results-oriented and decisive;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate employees;
- Willingness to work in day shifts or two-shift rotations.
