About Network Department
Responsible for the overall management of the entire European region network business new dealer development into the network, dealer management and maintenance, dealer operation evaluation, unqualified dealer withdrawal and other matters. The following sections:

Network Strategy Section

1.Output business partner evaluation criteria
2.Provide input from a business perspective and assist the legal department in reviewing and exporting contract templates
3.Determine local network development strategies and business models, and guide network developers in business development
4.Maintain network entry standards according to different geographical tiers
5.Evaluate business partner operations and provide network development recommendations
Network Development Section
1.Develop and maintain business partners in the region in accordance with the company's overall strategy
2.Regular visits to dealers to maintain local network development and identify abnormal performance dealers
3.Regularly monitor and analyze the operation and financial situation, and provide feedback to the headquarters and related departments
4.Conduct business counseling, punishment and dismissal of unqualified dealers according to company strategy
Construction Operations Section
1.Development of network image standards, VI standards and acceptance standards
2.Store acceptance
3.CI, VI and boutique European local development and maintenance
4.Conduct regular dealer operation quality evaluation and make relevant recommendations

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the implementation of network development strategies across regions in alignment with the overall European strategy and network development targets, while supporting each region in achieving its annual goals.
  2. Support the rapid expansion and development of regional networks by onboarding new regional network development staff, ensuring they can quickly initiate local network development activities.
  3. To ensure BYD and DENZA network development targets are achieved, regularly track and report on regional network development progress, and conduct preliminary research to support network development strategies.
  4. Assist BYD HQ in conducting preliminary POS review processes in each region to ensure POS compliance with HQ acceptance standards.
  5. Lead network development negotiation meetings with regional network development colleagues, providing strategic advice to help them achieve their targets.
  6. With the rapid growth of regional networks, develop and update strategic policies for dealer management, supporting regions in ensuring dealer compliance.
  7. Cross-functional team work.

Required skills, qualifications and experience

  1. Bachelors degree or above; Background in International Business. Management, Project Management preferred;
  2. At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably with experience in the automotive industry;
  3. Project Management skills, expert in business acumen, including interpretation of financial statements, dealer performance reports and retail industry business dynamics;
  4. Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
  5. Native Mandarin and Proficient English is a must;
  6. Experience in multiple roles is a plus;
  7. Demonstrates strong logical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable steps and ensure successful implementation;
  8. Possesses strong resilience under pressure, effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of efficiency and execution.
