OTTO Work Force is a leading international employment agency in Europe, with a strong position on the Dutch, Polish and German markets. OTTO has a modern ICT landscape with products and services from renowned suppliers. From Venray, all our users in the Netherlands and Germany are supported and we are working on OTTO-wide projects to further develop the ICT infrastructure. The users are located at the offices in Venray and Utrecht, but also at our On-Site locations with our customers.

As an ICT Service Engineer you are responsible for adequate support for the users with regard to the ICT infrastructure of OTTO. Within this position you report to the Service Desk Coordinator.

What are you going to do specifically?

• You support users with the use of their laptop, desktop, mobile phone, printers;
• You support users with regard to office automation (Office, file server, ...);
• You support the On-Site offices with connecting to the OTTO WAN and Wi-Fi;
• You update the ticket administration in Top Desk;
• You create users in the Active Directory and grant them access to files and applications based on a Ticket;
• You take care of the delivery of telephones and laptops;
• You contribute to the further development of the OTTO ICT infrastructure (you come up with ideas, you participate in improvement projects);
• You work closely with our Datacenter supplier (who provides 2nd line support).

You are representative and you know how to speak to our IT users in the right way.

We are also looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• Minimum MBO level – IT related study;
• Knowledge of the English language, Dutch is an advantage;
• In possession of a valid driver's license B;
• You are precise and discreet;
• You are willing to participate in standby services in the evening/weekend.
