We’re looking for an Accounting Assistant (AP/AR) to temporarily strengthen the Finance & Accounting team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly during a phase where processes are being automated.

What you’ll be doing

Process and code invoices in WorkFlowWise/Onventis
Manage supplier communication and reconcile accounts
Post payments and bank statements in ERP systems
Support AP/AR performance reporting and month-end closing
Assist with credit collection and keep ERP master data up to date
