Supply Chain Project Coordination Manager, this is your challenge:

With our specialist baby food, we help babies in 80 countries around the world get a good start in life. We ensure that our products are always and everywhere available for this vulnerable target group, in the most sustainable way possible. In our factory in Nunspeet, safety and quality come first. From the factory and from our research centre in Switzerland, we continue to innovate to apply the latest technologies and ingredients in our recipes. The Supply Chain Project Coordination Manager plays a crucial role in launching these new recipes in the global markets.

As Supply Chain Project Coordination Manager, you have the following responsibilities:

• You are the hub between our global customers (Nestlé affiliates), the Swiss R&D and Marketing teams, the planners in Nunspeet and the production departments. In the morning, you might call Nestlé affiliates in Southeast Asia, in the afternoon Nestlé affiliates in (Latin) America and participate in meetings with our affiliated companies in Europe during the day;
• you ensure that all projects are planned and managed effectively. You coordinate timelines with our clients, ensuring that product registrations and customer requirements for production are known and completed;
• you ensure that the artworks of our clients are aligned with the Nestlé Standards, coordinate the creation of the packaging data in the SAP system, maintain contact with suppliers regarding the delivery times of the packaging materials, and you minimise the write-offs by phasing out 'old' packaging materials;
• You ensure internally that new products design changes of existing products are produced on time and subsequently released and shipped. In case of deviations from the agreed timelines, you ensure clear communication to all stakeholders and review the timelines together with the client.

As Supply Chain Project Coordination Manager, you report to the Senior PCM Lead (located in Germany) and are part of the European PCM organisation for Nutrition with a strong interaction with the Factory Supply Chain of Nestlé Netherlands.

This is what you bring for the Supply Chain Project Coordination Manager vacancy:

• Minimum 2-5 years of work experience in a similar Supply Chain role;
• bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
• experience with Excel & SAP;
• strong affinity with production and with food technology;
• good command of both the Dutch and the English language;
• you are analytical, communicative, customer-oriented and a team player.
