Are you ready to take the next step in your career and drive growth in the Benelux market?

Our client, an international company with a proven track record in supporting businesses’ global growth and digital transformation, is seeking an Account Manager Benelux to strengthen their sales team in Amsterdam. With a strong presence across Europe and beyond, they are recognized for delivering innovative solutions and building long-term partnerships with global customers.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
Identify opportunities for growth through cross-selling, upselling, and new business development
Build and strengthen relationships with stakeholders by developing new connections and understanding account structures
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions tailored to customer needs
Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system

Main Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, business development, or a similar commercial role
Higher education degree (Bachelor’s level or above)
Professional fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proactive, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, international environment
