Role: Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: Utrecht – Hybrid working available
Language: Dutch native + english
WFH policy: Hybrid (3 days office)

User-friendly SaaS platform focused on employee performance, engagement, and talent development.

Size and functions of local team:
+- 10fte in commercial team – Collaboration with Marketing, Sales (AEs), and Leadership teams

Role Description:
BDR role, 50/50 split between inbound + outbound.
Segment: SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise
Buyer Persona: HR leaders, People & Culture teams, likely C-level in smaller orgs
Sales Methodology: SPICED used for qualification
Inbound vs Outbound: 50/50 mix
Outbound Channels: Cold calling, email campaigns, social selling
Inbound: Following up on marketing-generated leads and inbound requests
Tools: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)
