Introductie

Are you a hands-on professional who enjoys working in a logistics environment? For our client, an international market leader in food processing solutions, we are looking for a Warehouse Operator. In this role, you ensure that goods arrive on time and in the right place, keeping the production process running smoothly at all times.

Wie zoeken we?

Minimum completed lower secondary education (VMBO or equivalent)
Preferably 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment
Good command of the English language (Dutch is a plus)
Forklift or reach truck certificate (or willingness to obtain one through us)

A salary between €2,958.00 and €3,306.00 gross per month based on a 40-hour work week
A full-time position in day shifts (07:30 – 16:00)
Temporary contract for 6 months, with the possibility of extension

Functieomschrijving

As a Warehouse Operator, you play a key role in ensuring that all warehouse logistics run efficiently. You are responsible for the correct receipt, inspection, storage, and timely delivery of goods to the right production department. You will also support inventory checks, prepare outgoing goods, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

In short: you are essential to the daily logistics operation and help ensure reliable and efficient deliveries.

Your tasks:

Receiving and checking incoming goods and accompanying documents
Storing goods in the correct locations
Collecting and preparing materials for the production department according to planning
Performing stock audits and recording discrepancies
Packing, unpacking, and preparing goods for shipment
Safely operating forklifts and reach trucks (certificate required or can be obtained via SD Worx Jobs)
Contributing to improvement projects within the warehouse
