- MBO work and thinking level
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar (logistics) position
- Experience working in or managing a team
- Familiarity with ERP and/or WMS systems (preferably SAP)
- You speak fluent English
- A starting salary of €2,800 to €3,100 gross per month
- Bonus scheme
- Full-time position of 40 hours per week
- Plenty of freedom
As Inbound & Inventory Team Leader, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of the inbound process and ensuring accurate inventory. You'll manage a team on the shop floor and ensure systems and processes run smoothly. Together with your fellow team leaders, you'll ensure a safe, organized, and efficient logistics operation. You'll be visible on the shop floor, contribute to improvements, and know how to motivate the team to meet deadlines and achieve results.
Your responsibilities also include:
- Managing the inbound team
- Ensuring accurate inventory
- Scheduling capacity
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies in deliveries and inventory
- Contributing to improvements in processes, work instructions, and system usage (SAP)
