As a production employee, you'll work on the shop floor where hundreds of bikes are assembled every day. Your tasks may include assembling parts, adjusting gears, and performing quality checks to make sure everything works as it should. Your day starts at 07:30 with a short team meeting. Then you’ll get to work at your own workstation. The shift ends around 16:00, giving you your evenings free. Fixed working hours mean you know exactly where you stand.
No prior experience in production? That’s fine. As long as you’re motivated and a good listener, our experienced colleagues will train you on the job.
Wie ben jij?
- You have at least a VMBO-level diploma (or equivalent)
- You speak Dutch or English
- You are available full-time
- You work accurately and take pride in delivering quality work
- A competitive hourly wage of €16.73 gross
